RETURN CONDITIONS

Whatever the reason, even if you've simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to request a return. You can do so at the Sindashi Italia showroom in Modena or by courier by writing to info@sindashiart.com .

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags and accessories intact. They must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

A FEW SIMPLE STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN

Send your return request to info@sindashiart.com , specifying your order details, the type of item, and the reason for the return. You will shortly receive a return label from our customer service team via email.

Prepare the package containing the item you wish to return and attach the return label , received by email, to the outside of the original box so as to cover the return label. If you wish to use an alternative box, ensure it adequately protects the item and follow the instructions above. If you have lost the return label, please contact our Customer Service at info@sindashiart.com to request a replacement.

Contact Mail Boxes ETC at 059.358877 to schedule your package pickup. Please specify that you already have a prepaid return shipping label.

Remember that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and an additional 7 days to send the items back from the date you requested the return. The process is simple and shipping is free in Italy .

If your return is unsuccessful, you will be contacted by our Customer Service.

HOW TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PURCHASED PRODUCT

If you want to change the size of a purchased item, you can do so in just a few steps by writing to info@sindashiart.com. Indicate Your order details, the type of item, and the size requested. You will shortly receive a tracking number via email from our customer service team.

Prepare the package containing the item you wish to exchange and attach the return label , received by email, to the outside of the original box so as to cover the return label. If you wish to use an alternative box, ensure it adequately protects the goods and follow the instructions above. If you have lost the return label, please contact our Customer Service at info@sindahiart.com to request a replacement.

HOW TO BOOK A FREE RETURN COLLECTION

Remember, the first step is to communicate your return or exchange request by writing to info@sindashiart.com . You will shortly receive a waybill by email from our customer service.

Mail Boxes Etc.: After receiving the waybill, you can contact Mail Boxes Etc. by calling 059 358877 to arrange a day and time to collect your package, which will take place free of charge.

Other Couriers: You can choose your preferred courier, keeping in mind that return shipping costs will be your responsibility and non-refundable.

REFUND TERMS AND TIMINGS

The item we receive will be inspected by Sindashi Italia staff as soon as possible. Once all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.

The refund methods are as follows:

The refund will be made to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on the card issuer.

The refund will be processed to the same PayPal account and will be visible within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to be processed to your credit card from your PayPal account will depend on the card issuer.

Refunds may also be made in cash if the goods are delivered to the Sindashi Italia showroom in Modena, or by bank transfer to a bank or postal account indicated by you. The refund time in this case will depend on the accuracy of the information provided and the credit institution.
