CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Whatever the reason, you have 14 days to request the return of your order from the date you received it. You can return your order in a Sindashi Italia point of sale or by courier, but if you choose the second option, remember to fill in the return form in the “Return request” section.
Remember that the items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received and provided with all their tags and accessories. Not washed, not worn and without any modification.
SIMPLE STEPS TO REQUEST A RETURN
Registered User
If you are a registered user you can request your return directly in the “Return Request” section in “My account” by following these simple steps:

Send your return request by clicking here or by going directly to “My account” in the “Return request” section. Fill in the online form with the requested information indicating the type of item, the quantity of items and the reason for the return.

Prepare the package with the item to be returned and attach the waybill, received by email, outside the original box so as to cover the forward label. If you want to use an alternative box, make sure it protects the goods properly and act as described above. If you can no longer find the waybill for the return shipment, please contact our Customer Service at info@sindahiart.com to request a new one.

Non Registered User
As a non-registered user, you will need to contact us via email or WhatsApp to receive a form to fill out with the required information indicating the item, the quantity of items and the reason for return.
Once you have made your return request:

HOW TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PURCHASED PRODUCT
If you want to change the size of a purchased item you can do so through the online procedure in the “Return Request” section in your personal account by clicking here or by going directly to “My Account” in the “Return Request” section and selecting the “Exchange Request Form”.
Remember that to do this you must be a registered user.
HOW TO BOOK A FREE RETURN PICK-UP
* Remember as a first step to fill out the online form in the “Return Request” section.
Mail Boxes Etc.: After receiving the waybill from our customer service, you can contact
Mail Boxes Etc.: by calling 059 358877 to set a date and time to collect your parcel.
Other Couriers: you can choose the courier you prefer taking into account that the return shipping costs will be at your expense and not refundable.
METHODS AND TIMING OF REIMBURSEMENT
The article that we will receive will be examined by Sindashi Italia Staff as soon as possible. Once verified that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be made.
The methods of re-crediting are as follows:

The refund will be made on the same Credit Card used at the time of purchase. The time needed for the refund depends on the Institute that issued the card.

The refund will be made to the same PayPal account and will be visible within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation email. The time required for the refund to the credit card from the PayPal account will depend on the institution that issued the card.

The refund can also be made in cash, if the goods are delivered to a Sindashi Italia point of sale, or by bank transfer to a bank or postal account indicated by you. The refund time in this case will depend on the correctness of the data provided and the credit institution.
