Whatever the reason, you have 14 days to request the return of your order from the date you received it. You can return your order in a Sindashi Italia point of sale or by courier, but if you choose the second option, remember to fill in the return form in the “Return request” section.

Remember that the items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received and provided with all their tags and accessories. Not washed, not worn and without any modification.

Registered User

If you are a registered user you can request your return directly in the “Return Request” section in “My account” by following these simple steps:

1. Send your return request by clicking here or by going directly to “My account” in the “Return request” section. Fill in the online form with the requested information indicating the type of item, the quantity of items and the reason for the return.

2. Prepare the package with the item to be returned and attach the waybill, received by email, outside the original box so as to cover the forward label. If you want to use an alternative box, make sure it protects the goods properly and act as described above. If you can no longer find the waybill for the return shipment, please contact our Customer Service at info@sindahiart.com to request a new one.

3. lease contact Mail Boxes ETC at 059 358877 to schedule your parcel collection specifying that you already have a prepaid waybill for return.

Non Registered User

As a non-registered user, you will need to contact us via email or WhatsApp to receive a form to fill out with the required information indicating the item, the quantity of items and the reason for return.

Once you have made your return request:

1. You will receive a return authorization email.

2. Prepare the package with the item to be returned and attach the waybill, received by email, outside the original box to cover the forward label. If you want to use an alternative box, make sure it protects the goods properly and act as described above.
