How can I buy a Sindashi item online?

Buying on sindashiart.com is easy and intuitive.

  1. Enter the “SHOP” page eand access a category from the menu on the left or from one of the boxes on the right.
  2. When you have identified the product you are interested in, choose your size and add it to the cart. If you wish to purchase another item, continue to consult the site and repeat the same operation, otherwise go to your shopping cart at the top right and check that the information is correct.
  3. At this point, enter your details and complete your order by entering your payment details.
How do I identify the products in stock?

All products are in stock unless they are marked “Out of Stock” in the top right corner. Remember that, even if a product has been placed in your shopping cart, it remains available for purchase by other users until your purchase is completed.

Where and how can I find my size?

Sindashiart.com uses an international size conversion table to make it easier for the user. To find your ideal Sindashi size, see the “Size Guide” at the bottom of each productYou can also contact our customer service by writing to info@sindashiart.com to get help and find your size more easily.

SPEDITIONS

To which countries does sindashiart.com ship?

Sindashiart.com ships to Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the country and the courier used.

Where can you ship my order?

We can ship your order to any address, private home, office or company. It’s also possible to have your parcel arrive as a firm deposit at the headquarters of the courier company we will use.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot change or modify the delivery address, so please make sure you have entered your details correctly and have provided an appropriate address in relation to the estimated delivery time.

Can items in one order be delivered to different addresses?

We can only deliver to one address per order. If your order contains several items that need to be delivered to more than one address, you will need to place a different order for each delivery address.

ORDERS

How will I know if you received my order?

When you place an order, we will email you confirmation of receipt of your order. In the rare case that one of the items in your order is not available, our customer service will contact you and refund the amount spent.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and the link to the courier used. If you need yo track your order please visit the page and enter the tracking number. This will let you know the status of your order.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to add other items. For further information about this please contact our customer service at info@sindashiart.com.

Is a signature required for my order?

We require a signature upon receipt. With your signature, the responsibility for the purchased items automatically passes to you. If you are not the recipient of the order, the person who signs the delivery receipt will automatically become responsible for the items in question.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How can I ask for a refund?

You can find the return and exchange request form here here. Please make sure you provide all the requested information including your e-mail address, order number and the information needed to return the money. Then indicate the reason for which you are requesting it and the item you wish to return.

How can I return an item?

Contact Mail Boxes ETC at 059.358877 to schedule a return by specifying that you already have a return waybill.
Depending on where you reside, you can return the items by handing them over to the courier that will be indicated by us or by requesting to pick-up the item directly from your home. In both cases the operation will be completely free of charge. Once the return request form is correctly filled in by you, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Put the item in the original box and close it properly. Items must be returned within 10 days of completing the return form.

When will you ship the items for which I have requested a change?

After receiving your return, the item in exchange will be shipped within 2/3 working days. In the unlikely event that the new item is not available, we will contact you via email asking if you would like to wait for the item to arrive or if you would prefer to be refunded. For foreign countries, the shipment of items depends on the country and the courier used.

Will the full amount of the order be refunded?

Once we have verified that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and the total amount spent on your order will be refunded. Remember that, depending on the country in which the shipment was made, any transport costs will not be refunded.

How will I be refunded if I used a coupon code (discount code) at the time of purchase?

A coupon code (discount code) can never be exchanged for cash. Orders that were only partially paid for because you used a coupon code will first be returned in the form of another coupon code. If a difference remains, it will be returned in the form of money.

PRIVACY

Will my information and personal data be kept private?

Your personal data will be provided only and exclusively to third parties closely involved in the transaction in order to carry it out for the benefit of the relationship between you and Sindashi Italia.

They will be authorized to use your personal information only for this purpose and will not have the right to make any other use of it unless you have given your consent to do so. For the purpose of processing your order and shipping, we may communicate a large part of your personal information to the shipping courier, goods storage facilities, banks and credit card service providers with whom we work in addition to Sindashi and Sindashi Italia brand owners. For example, the courier that we will use for shipping, in addition to your name, address and e-mail address, will also be informed, through us, of your telephone number if they need to contact you to update you on the date or time of delivery of your order.

In the event of a fraud prevention investigation, we will also provide your personal information to the relevant authorities, as well as to banks and credit institutions and credit card service providers with whom we work. Even in the case of this last hypothesis, your personal data will still remain secure and protected.

We will only store your personal data for a period that is reasonably necessary for the purposes of our privacy policy. Your credit card information will only be used for transactions and will not be retained in any way. We will never, and for any reason whatsoever, sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
